Process monitoring device for clean rooms
The PUC 24 process monitoring device is particularly suitable for use in clean rooms, as it measures the room pressure and offers additional inputs for temperature and humidity transducers. Two freely-adjustable contact points are available within the pressure range. Cyclical self-calibration of the zero point allows for stable measurements. A built-in valve guarantees a high level of overpressure protection. The graphic LCD makes it easy to read values. The device communicates with the master control module via the Profibus.
